💡 About the Role
We are seeking a visionary, highly technical, and deeply experienced Principal / Lead Quality Engineering & QA Manager to spearhead the end-to-end QA ecosystem for our high-scale enterprise and cloud-hosted application suites. In this critical role, you will define our overarching test strategy, introduce cutting-edge AI-assisted validation methodologies, manage complex staging environments, and directly lead, mentor, and scale our top-tier quality engineering team.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Strategic Quality Leadership
Architect and execute modern test strategies for multi-tenant cloud ecosystems and robust, legacy enterprise Windows-based device management systems.
Pioneer the integration of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) into workflows to accelerate test scenario design and automated documentation.
👥 Team Scaling & Mentorship
Actively manage and nurture a cross-functional QA department within high-velocity Agile/Scrum environments.
Instill clear quality governance frameworks and track professional milestones for the team.
⚙️ Technical Test Execution & CI/CD Governance
Drive complex end-to-end testing cycles spanning regression pipelines, localization parameters, microservices/API validation, and performance profiling.
Oversee test code deployment, build validation, and automated quality gates within GitHub Actions across Staging and ITG environments.
📊 Observability & Triage
Lead strategic defect triage meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Utilize log monitoring tools to isolate system regressions and guarantee ultimate release readiness.
🛠️ Required Technical Stack & Domain Expertise
Enterprise & Cloud Domains: Deep background validating enterprise device management applications (e.g., HP WebJetAdmin) and modern cloud logging, telemetry, or data harvester infrastructure.
API Validation Suite: Expert-level mastery of Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and automated collection runners like Newman.
Automation Frameworks: Core proficiency designing and maintaining tests using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) paired with cloud-native CI via GitHub Actions.
Management & Observability Platforms: Extensive platform ownership inside JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, and enterprise infrastructure telemetry suites like Datadog.
