About the Role We are seeking a visionary, highly technical, and deeply experienced Principal / Lead Quality Engineering & QA Manager to spearhead the end-to-end quality assurance ecosystem for our high-scale enterprise and cloud-hosted application suites. In this critical role, you will define the overarching engineering test strategy, introduce cutting-edge AI-assisted validation methodologies, manage multifaceted staging environments, and directly lead, mentor, and scale top-tier quality engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Quality Leadership: Architect, govern, and execute comprehensive, modern test strategies tailored for multi-tenant cloud ecosystems and robust, legacy enterprise Windows-based device management systems.
Team Scaling & Mentorship: Actively manage, mentor, and nurture a cross-functional QA department within high-velocity Agile/Scrum environments, instilling clear quality governance and tracking professional milestones.
Technical Test Execution: Drive complex end-to-end testing cycles spanning regression pipelines, localization parameters, microservices/API validation, heavy performance profiling, and continuous automation.
Environment & CI/CD Governance: Oversee test code deployment, build validation, and automated quality gates within GitHub Actions across Staging and ITG environments.
Observability & Triage: Lead strategic defect triage meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing log monitoring tools to isolate system regressions and guarantee release readiness.
Innovation & AI Adoption: Pioneer the integration of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot directly into code workflows to dramatically accelerate test scenario design and automated documentation quality.
Required Technical Stack & Domain Expertise
Enterprise & Cloud Domains: Deep background validating enterprise device management applications (such as HP WebJetAdmin) and modern cloud logging, telemetry, or data harvester infrastructure.
API Validation Suite: Expert-level mastery of Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and automated collections runner tools like Newman.
Automation Frameworks: Core proficiency designing and maintaining tests using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) alongside modern cloud-native continuous integration via GitHub Actions.
Management & Infrastructure Observability: Extensive platform ownership inside JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, and enterprise infrastructure telemetry suites like Datadog.
Qualifications & Behavioral Traits
