Nekofi is India's first light-roasted Ethiopian specialty instant coffee — and the most kawaii coffee lifestyle brand you'll find in this country. We're small, hands-on, and moving fast. Pocket Espresso, Nekofi Lab, and the Sensory Table omakase all live under one roof.
We're hiring an AI Content Creator Intern to help us build a body of AI-generated content that actually looks like Nekofi — warm, whimsical, kawaii, deliberate. Not the flat, generic, over-lit slop that most brands are pushing out right now.
The tools have never been better. What's missing everywhere is taste. That's the job.
What you'll actually do
Generate static images, short-form video, and motion content using AI tools — image models (Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Nano Banana), video models (Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo), and whatever launches next week.
Build and maintain a Nekofi-specific style library — prompts, references, LoRAs, character consistency setups — so the brand's kawaii cat mascot, colour palette, and world stay consistent across everything we generate.
Turn brand briefs into finished content — product hero shots, lifestyle scenes, seasonal campaigns, character-led storytelling, motion ads for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
Own the AI content calendar alongside our social intern. Ship 3–5 pieces of AI content per week.
Post-produce, upscale, and clean up outputs in Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, or similar. AI gives you the raw material; you finish it.
Keep a running log of what worked, what didn't, and what new tools are worth testing. Bring one experiment to every Monday review.
What we're looking for
You already use AI creative tools daily. You can name your top three image models and top two video models, and tell us why you reach for each.
You have taste. You can look at two AI-generated images and articulate why one is beautiful and one is uncanny.
You can prompt with intention — you understand aspect ratios, seeds, negative prompts, reference images, and the difference between describing a scene and directing one.
You can finish the work. Raw AI output is a starting point, not a deliverable. You can composite, retouch, upscale, and colour-grade.
You get kawaii as a design system, not just a vibe. You can tell the difference between kawaii and cutesy, between whimsical and childish, between warm and saccharine.
Bonus: you've trained a LoRA, built a character-consistency workflow, used ComfyUI or A1111, or shipped AI content that got real engagement (paid or personal).
What you'll get
A monthly stipend (we'll discuss on the call — competitive for Delhi NCR interns).
Full budget for the AI tool stack — we pay for Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Seedance, whatever you need to do the job well.
A named credit on everything you make. Portfolio rights on your work, with attribution to Nekofi.
Direct access to the founder, the brand playbook, and the freedom to actually experiment — no committee approvals, no "let's run it by legal."

Real chance to convert to a full-time AI Content Lead role if the fit is right. This role is genuinely open-ended — the person who defines it well can build a career here.
Time commitment: ~20–25 hours/week, mostly remote. On-site in Bahadurgarh for occasional shoots, brand reviews, and team days.
