Let's talk money first:
Success fee: 1%
0.75% payable after the fundraise
0.25% phantom equity, payable on an exit event mutually decided by both parties
We’re also open to considering a phantom → SAFE structure if you can give us a pressing reason to have you on the cap table.
You get started only when you’ve built enough conviction.
We’ll be happy to answer every question you have.

We’re looking for someone
who can help us:
Raise our first round from India
Open doors into the US VC ecosystem
The second one is particularly important.
That is what can change the course of the company.
The ideal you:
You have connects.
We don’t expect you to pitch for us.
We want you to get us conversations.
Get us into rooms that are difficult for us to get, given a lot's already on the table.
Help us raise our first round, preferably through:
Angel syndicates
Family offices
High-conviction individual investors
You know how investors think.
You know who to call.
You know how to get the conversation started.
And most importantly:
You love closing deals.
You’re the kind of person who gets a little high on adrenaline just thinking about getting a deal across the line.
