fngrd. is a participation network where people ask, answer, debate, predict and participate. Every interaction creates a signal about what people actually think.
We're looking for a creator/journalist who understands new India, internet culture and Hinglish, and can turn an interesting signal into a story people actually want to watch.
What you'll do:
Find the story: Follow what India is talking about across news, culture, sport, entertainment, technology, politics and the internet.
Read the pulse: Find patterns, surprises and disagreements hiding inside fngrd. participation.
Report it: Turn insights into videos, explainers, interviews, visual stories and reporting.
Go deeper: Investigate interesting stories, talk to people and find the context.
Be the voice: Appear on camera and become one of the recognisable faces of fngrd.
This isn't a content creator role.
You're not here to fill a content calendar.
You're here to report what India is thinking.
Post → Signal → Story → Participation
The platform becomes content.
The content brings people back to the platform.
What you get:
You'll work across Journalism + Social + Video + Public Opinion + Reporting while building a serious digital portfolio.
First 3 months: part-time, paid per content.
Next 3 months: full-time internship
Following the internship: opportunity for a full-time role with competitive salary + ESOPs + meaningful ownership.

Curious about people and India
A strong storyteller
Comfortable in Hinglish
Comfortable on camera
Sharp enough to spot a story early
Good at turning opinions and data into narratives
Always asking “but why?”
Hungry to build something of their own
