Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Ramesh Fancy Store in Jaipur. The team member will assist customers, answer product questions, and support them in selecting items that meet their needs. Daily tasks include handling retail sales, managing the cash counter, arranging and replenishing stock, and keeping the store clean and well-presented. The role also involves maintaining basic inventory records, organizing shelves and displays, and helping implement simple promotions or offers. The team member may support training of new staff and work closely with the owner to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills and basic Organization Skills to manage transactions and keep the store orderly.
Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to help onboard and guide new team members when needed.
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash or digital payments.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and arranging stock.
Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude toward serving customers.
