Educational Qualifications
B.Tech. / M.Tech. / MCA / MSc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Cyber Security, or a closely related discipline.
Candidates with demonstrated hands-on exposure to Cyber Security, Networking, Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Security, SOC Operations, or related areas will be preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a cyber security laboratory, technical training environment, R&D facility, IT/Engineering support environment, security product-development environment, or related technical domain.
Practical experience in operating, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, networking infrastructure, security tools, virtualization platforms, and laboratory systems.
Experience in preparing laboratory experiments, demonstrations, datasets, technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.
Experience in guiding students, trainees, technicians, research scholars, or junior engineers will be strongly preferred.
Demonstrated evidence of personally operating relevant tools, preparing experiments, and troubleshooting real hardware or software issues.
Technical Competencies
Desktop/workstation assembly and installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, utility software, security tools, and laboratory applications.
Networking, network segmentation, virtualization, sandboxing, isolated laboratory environments, and first-level hardware/software/network troubleshooting.
Cyber Range, SOC, Red Team/Blue Team, Digital Forensics, Malware Analysis, Cloud/Container, IT/OT, and Blockchain laboratory environments.
Linux and Windows server administration, network analysis, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, digital forensics, malware analysis, and incident-response workflows.
Ability to perform first-level diagnosis of hardware, software, networking, virtualization, and system-integration issues and escalate unresolved issues with appropriate technical evidence.

Clear technical communication, concise documentation, patient learner support, ownership, reliability, and structured problem-solving.
