Role Description The HR Recruiter role at Dayananda Sagar University is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. This role involves conducting initial candidate assessments, facilitating selection and offer processes, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will maintain recruitment data and reports, collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand workforce needs, and help strengthen employer branding through participation in career events and outreach initiatives. The role requires consistent coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to institutional policies and equal opportunity practices.

Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and candidate sourcing skills, including experience with job portals, professional networks, and campus recruitment.
