Senior Project Lead - Electronics Benchmarking & Should Costing

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant Senior Project Lead - Electronics to lead global Should Cost, Benchmarking, and Reverse Engineering projects for electronic products
Candidate will have strong expertise in electronics product architecture, cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and value engineering, with the ability to lead teams and engage with global stakeholders
Key Deliverables
-Lead and deliver Electronics Should Costing, Benchmarking, Teardown, and Reverse Engineering projects
-Perform detailed analysis of electronic products at Box Build and Architecture levels
-Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives using industry-standard methodologies
-Manage and mentor small project teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery
-Engage with global customers and stakeholders to define project scope and provide actionable insights
-Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and customer management teams

Skills Required
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
-Strong experience in Should Cost Analysis and Product Benchmarking
-Expertise in Electronics Products, including Box Build and System Architecture analysis and Firmware
-Hands-on knowledge of Kaizen, WAVE, and continuous improvement methodologies
-Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, mechanical components, and sub-assemblies
-Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
