Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage a Commercial Transformation Manager to play a key role in driving a large-scale commercial transformation initiative across the AMEA region.
Map, document, and analyze end-to-end commercial processes across business units and markets.
Evaluate existing commercial processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization.
Drive commercial transformation initiatives by translating program objectives into actionable plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Governance, Change Management, and Business Unit Implementation teams.
Engage with stakeholders across field sales, branch, and head office teams to ensure alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives.
Support program governance by tracking milestones, preparing reports, and resolving implementation issues.
Facilitate seamless execution of the S4/o9 transformation program across AMEA markets.
Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making.
