We are hiring: AGM/DGM – Legal (Non-Litigation)
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Experience: 14+ years
Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Property Development
Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.
Key requirements:
• Extensive experience in real estate non-litigation matters
• Expertise in land acquisition and title due diligence
• Strong knowledge of RERA, property and land revenue laws
• Experience in redevelopment and joint development transactions
• Drafting and negotiation of JDAs, development agreements, PAAAs, MOUs, sale deeds and lease agreements
• Experience in legal risk assessment and transaction structuring
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to coordinate with landowners, societies, government authorities and external counsels
• Commercially oriented approach with strong business partnering skills
