Social Media & Content Executive | Full-Time | On-Site | Andheri West, Mumbai
The role
You'll execute social content for Totem and Velocity: design, edit, publish, and track performance, working off a strategy set by the founder. You bring speed, consistency, and visual craft. This is a doing role, not a decision-making one, and it's a strong stepping stone if you want to grow into strategy later.
You'll own
Weekly execution against a content calendar (you don't set the calendar; you hit it)
Designing posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails (Canva/Figma)
Editing Reels/Shorts (CapCut): hooks, pacing, captions, subtitles
Publishing on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts on schedule
Basic performance tracking (reach, saves, shares, watch time) and flagging what's working
Bar for entry
1–2 years of experience; freshers with a real portfolio are welcome
Comfortable in Canva, Figma, CapCut (no formal degree required)
Can turn a rough brief into a finished asset without hand-holding on every detail
Fast - you can turn around a Reel edit or a carousel same-day
