Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. This role includes managing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supervising accounting operations, and maintaining internal controls. The Financial Controller will monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, support audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Daily responsibilities also involve partnering with management to provide financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosures.
Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills to oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) to manage data and reporting.
Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Relevant professional qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce; CA, CPA, or similar certification are highly beneficial.
Prior experience in a controller or senior accounting/finance role, including exposure to audits, compliance, and process improvement, is preferred.
