WE’RE HIRING | GRAPHIC DESIGNER – PACKAGING & BRANDING
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Packaging, Branding, Print & Digital Design to join our creative team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop visually compelling creatives for digital, social media and print campaigns.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Conceptualize and design packaging, labels, cartons, sleeves, pouches and product artwork.
Prepare accurate dielines, packaging artwork and print-ready files for production.
Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, standees, posters, banners, presentations and marketing collateral.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints in line with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content and Sales teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure quality, colour accuracy and production standards.
Stay updated with design trends, consumer preferences and industry developments.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Review creative output and, where required, guide junior designers.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Expertise in Packaging Design & Artwork
Knowledge of Branding & Visual Identity
Strong Digital & Social Media Design skills
Excellent understanding of Typography, Layout & Colour Theory
Creative Concept Development
Print Design & Pre-Press Production
Image Editing & Retouching
Understanding of Packaging Materials, Printing Processes & Finishes
Proficiency in industry-standard design software
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Communication or a related field
NIFT graduates will be preferred
Relevant experience in packaging, branding, FMCG, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands will be an advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, branding and digital creative work is essential.
