Business Development Executive — Design & Trade
Reports to: Founder
Location: Delhi NCR — heavy field time, studio visits, site visits
Type: Full-time
Roles And Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with architecture and interior design studios, design-build firms, contractors and small developers across Delhi NCR — starting with your own network
Studio visits, sample drops, material library placements, and keeping our physical presence alive in the studios that matter
Generate and qualify project pipeline: which studio has what project, at whatstage, with what budget, and what they are likely to specify
Get company name written into material boards and BOQs at design stage — not chased at procurement stage
Manage designer requests end to end: samples, quotes, lead times, custom sizing, finish options
Own the account after the first order — repeat businessfrom a studio is worth more than a new logo
Support brand onboarding: source and warm up manufacturers and brands who should be on our platform, and bring them to the founder for commercial terms
Run our presence at design events, trade fairs and studio meet-ups
Report weekly on what is being specified, what we don’t carry, and what we lost and why
Must have
1–4 years of experience in the design world — interior design studio, architecture practice, furniture/lighting/surfaces brand, or a design-focused showroom
Genuinely want to move client-facing and commercial.

Can read and discuss a spec sheet, a material, a finish, a drawing
Presentable, articulate, and comfortable walking into a studio unannounced
Delhi NCR based with your own conveyance
comfortable being out of the office most days
Strong plus
A design or architecture degree
Prior showroom, trade-counter or specification-sales exposure
Has run a material library or handled sample logistics for a brand
Basic CRM discipline
