Job Description
Strong analytical mindset with focus on controls, governance, and audit readines
Drive Operational Audit readiness and closure of audit observations
Strengthening Risk Control Management System (RCMS) and governance framework
Lead process reviews and SOP re-engineering to improve efficiency and compliance
Ensure robust internal controls and continuous monitoring of operational risks
Act as SPOC during Regulatory Inspections (RBI / NHB) and manage audit interactions
Strong exposure to Internal Audit / Operational Risk / Compliance
Hands-on experience in RCMS / Risk & Control frameworks
Proven track record in Process Improvement / SOP Re-engineering
Prior experience in handling RBI / NHB audits and supervisory interactions
Experience in NBFC / BFSI domain (mandatory)
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
