Title: Project Engineer / Manager – Civil Projects
Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad
Experience: 1-12 years of experience in civil projects within the real estate sector (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion. The role involves managing execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
Manage end-to-end civil construction activities including excavation, RCC, shuttering, finishing, and external development works.
2. Team & Contractor Management
Lead, supervise, and mentor engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Quality Control & Safety
Implement QA/QC processes to maintain construction quality and material standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
4. Budget & Cost Management
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
Track project expenses and implement cost-control measures.
Approve vendor bills, procurement requests, and monitor material usage.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and authorities.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), MIS reports, and documentation.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and risks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
Master’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Industry Experience:
Real Estate (Residential / Commercial / Industrial Projects)
Infrastructure Development
Construction Companies / PMC Firms
