Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute ELV projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise ELV installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
• Manage site technicians and subcontractors and allocate daily activities.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per quality and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability at the project site.
• Identify technical issues at site and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Ensure proper handover and completion documentation after project completion.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
