About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused, and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team at InventIndia. This role offers an opportunity to work across the complete employee lifecycle, with strong ownership of Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Workplace Culture initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of responsibilities, and can thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and offer closure.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support initiatives that strengthen the company's employer brand and talent presence.
2) Employee Onboarding & Experience
Own the complete employee onboarding journey, including documentation, joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
Ensure new employees have a smooth, welcoming, and engaging transition into the organization.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed on time.
3) Employee Engagement & Culture
Conceptualize and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, motivation, and a positive workplace culture.
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience and workplace culture.
Take ownership of planning and executing company events, employee activities, celebrations, and special initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
4) HR Operations & Employee Relations
Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
A proactive, solution-oriented, and people-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup/innovation-driven environment.
