Job Description:
Responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for the Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organisation, including the initiation, review, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, and maintenance of customer contracts, subcontracts, statements of work (SOWs), change requests, addenda, and other related legal and commercial documents for governmental and non-governmental customers
Provides day-to-day contractual support, guidance, and risk-based advice to CES account teams, client partners, client success managers, delivery leaders, and other stakeholders regarding existing customer agreements.
Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and administers post-execution contractual documents to support revenue growth, protect DXC’s interests, ensure contractual compliance, and maximise the commercial value of customer relationships.
Collaborates across Legal, Delivery, Sales, Account Operations, Supply Chain Management, Litigation, Compliance, Security, and other stakeholder groups to interpret contractual obligations, identify and mitigate risks, support governance processes, maintain contract records and systems of record, and drive effective contract management throughout the customer account lifecycle
