What are we looking for: We are looking for an experienced Integration & Testing Manager to
lead UAV integration, flight testing, validation, and customer demonstration activities across
multirotor, fixed-wing, and VTOL platforms. The role will be responsible for ensuring all UAV
systems are production-ready, field-proven, and meet customer and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead UAV assembly, integration, calibration, and testing activities.
• Manage flight testing, PID tuning, performance optimisation, and flight log analysis.
• Oversee payload integration, system validation, and quality control processes.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, field trials, and acceptance testing.
• Support technical evaluations, compliance documentation, and tender requirements.
• Manage high-altitude operations, mission planning, and flight safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot RF communication, GPS interference, and system performance issues.
• Develop SOPs, testing processes, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor integration, testing, and flight operations teams.
• Coordinate with design, avionics, software, manufacturing, and program teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
• 2 years of UAV industry experience.
• Minimum 1,500+ UAV flying hours.
• Hands-on experience with Multirotor, Fixed-Wing, and VTOL platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UAV integration, flight controllers, telemetry, GCS, and payload systems.
• Experience in flight testing, calibration, PID tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proven team management and customer demonstration experience.
• Proficiency in ArduPilot/PX4 and Mission Planner/QGroundControl preferred.
• Defence UAV project experience is an added advantage.
