Role Description The Production Executive or Coordinator will manage day-to-day production activities, including planning schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that targets are achieved on time and within quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves coordinating with procurement, quality control, and other departments to align materials, manpower, and equipment with production needs. The person in this role will track production data, update reports, and address operational issues as they arise, escalating concerns when necessary. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. Qualifications
Strong production planning and coordination abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow monitoring.
Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis related to production metrics and performance.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate across departments and support on-site staff.
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve operational problems, and adapt to changing production demands.
Comfort with using basic computer applications and production-related software or ERP tools.
Relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or operations coordination is preferred.
Diploma or degree in production, engineering, operations management, or a related field is advantageous.
