Description:
Role: Support Data Engineer
Tech: Python, SQL
Note : L3 Support experience required should not be a hard core developer
Brief on the activities: The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies across systems by performing detailed analysis and validation of data flows. This role requires close coordination with multiple cross-functional teams to identify the root cause (RCA) of issues, assess the impact, and drive resolution through appropriate corrective actions. The candidate will also be expected to suggest and track long-term fixes to prevent recurrence, ensure data quality, and support ongoing operational stability.
In addition, the role involves proactively monitoring data trends, investigating anomalies, documenting findings, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Success in this position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact business operations.
