Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM, Java Enterprise Edition.
Strong experience in workflow automation and business process management using Camunda BPM.
In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software components.
Experience with integration of Camunda BPM with various enterprise systems and services.
Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing process execution and performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
A 15 years full time education is required.
