Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment.
Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
