Automation Specialist IV – Tech Transformations

About the role and team
The Tech Transformations team partners with operations, program, and technical stakeholders to identify manual, repetitive work and convert it into scalable automation solutions. The team works across the full lifecycle of automation delivery — from intake and requirements gathering, to design, build, testing, deployment, and production support. The work is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business impact through automation, efficiency, and better user experience.
We are looking for a hands-on Automation Specialist / Power Platform Developer who can translate business needs into practical automation solutions and support delivery end-to-end. This role requires someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, balancing technical execution with stakeholder communication, and supporting both build and production needs. The ideal candidate should be able to discuss real implementation experience, reason through solution design, and handle automation work with ownership and clarity.
What you’ll do
Gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.
Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Dataverse solutions.
Assist with integrations, testing, and UAT coordination.
Support production issues, fixes, and enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and track progress.
Maintain documentation, controls, and delivery quality.
Help with solution thinking, architecture discussions, and scaling support where needed.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with web-based query tools.
Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
