Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Internship role based in Gurugram. The intern will support daily finance and accounting operations, including assisting with preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining records, and helping reconcile accounts. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, performing data-driven financial analysis, and contributing to internal reports for management decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating financial insights in a clear manner, and ensuring basic compliance with internal controls and documentation standards. Interns will gain exposure to the financial aspects of a fast-growing tech platform while working closely with the finance team on real business projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with an understanding of core financial concepts.
Candidates should possess the ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements, including basic reporting and analysis.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with comfort in working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data-driven insights.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting financial information.
Relevant coursework or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools; familiarity with basic financial modeling is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, reliability in handling sensitive financial information, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
