## 🚀 We’re Hiring: Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder — ActutPay
**ActutPay is looking for a Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder to join us on our journey to build the future of fintech and payments.**
This is **not a traditional CTO position**. We’re looking for someone who wants to **build from the ground up, take ownership, invest in the vision, and share in the upside.**
### What you’ll do
- Lead ActutPay’s overall technology strategy and architecture
- Build and launch our MVP and scalable fintech infrastructure
- Drive product development from **0 → 1 → scale**
- Lead engineering, security, cloud infrastructure and integrations
- Work with payment, banking, KYC/AML and financial technology providers
- Build and mentor the engineering team
- Partner closely with the founders on product and business strategy
### Who we’re looking for
We’d love to connect with someone who has:
- Experience as a **CTO, Technical Founder, or senior technology leader**
- Strong experience in **fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial technology**
- A hands-on engineering mindset
- Experience building products from the ground up
- Strong understanding of scalable systems, APIs, cloud and security
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take founder-level responsibility
### 💰 Equity + Investment
This is an **equity-based founding opportunity**.
We are particularly interested in a technology leader who can bring:
**Capital + Technology Leadership + Execution**
The equity and investment structure will be discussed transparently based on the candidate’s **investment, experience, commitment, and role in building ActutPay**.
This is an opportunity to become a **core founding member of ActutPay**, not an outsourced CTO.
