Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Acultpay, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models that enhance our digital financial services platform. You will focus on building and optimizing machine learning solutions for tasks such as transaction analysis, fraud detection, customer behavior modeling, and intelligent automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, training and evaluating models, integrating AI components into production systems, and collaborating with software engineers, product teams, and data professionals. You will also work on natural language interfaces and pattern recognition solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring strong collaboration and communication in a distributed team environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and version control.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, entity extraction, and conversational interfaces.
Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Ability to design, test, and deploy models in production environments, preferably in cloud or microservices architectures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-scale transactional systems is a plus, along with familiarity with BBPS or utility payment platforms.
