Job Summary:
This role involves leading a team in a 24x7 cloud operations environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of tasks and addressing operational issues. You will be responsible for technical guidance, team training, and continuous improvement within the operations. A key part of this position is collaborating with client teams to develop deep platform-specific knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Tier 1 Cloud Operations across shift rotations.
Conduct shift handovers, provide technical coaching, and review team readiness.
Manage and support production environments on Linux, AWS, and Azure.
Lead incident triage, escalation, and coordination efforts.
Monitor CI/CD pipelines and support automation initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven Linux and cloud operations expertise.
Hands-on experience with AWS.
Experience in production incident management and on-call rotations.
Industry Experience:
Experience in enterprise cloud environments, particularly supporting critical production systems, is required.
