Job Summary:
This role involves monitoring and maintaining enterprise cloud infrastructure, performing initial troubleshooting for system alerts, and executing standard operational procedures. You will be responsible for escalating complex issues and contributing to system efficiency through scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production systems, service health, and alerts.
Triage and troubleshoot incoming incident tickets.
Execute predefined runbooks and remediation steps.
Monitor CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.
Document procedures and handoff information between shifts.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with Linux and cloud environments.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to work in 24x7 rotating shifts.
This role requires experience in cloud operations and system administration, with a preference for candidates who have worked with AWS and ideally have some exposure to Azure.
