Position Overview
The Manager – Organizational Change Management is responsible for driving organizational change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors across client portfolios.
This role executes on the OCM strategy, partners with executives and business leaders to deliver best-in-class engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities aligned with transformation goals.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and implement the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with transformation leads, business sponsors, and technology teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Conduct change impact assessments and develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and resistance management.
Drive engagement through change networks, champion programs, and executive communications.
Create and maintain standardized OCM templates and frameworks for scalable delivery.
Measure adoption and resistance, iterating plans to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programs.
Integrate OCM activities into PMO governance structures and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Foresee and manage risks and issues for internal and external OCM implementations.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with a strong background in enterprise transformation.
Proficiency in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ACMP, ADKAR, or similar.
Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Expertise in OCM elements: human-centered design, communications, sponsorship, readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and go-live support.
Excellent consultation and project management skills with a focus on business impact and solving complex problems.
