We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller who can handle cold calling, follow up with leads, speak with potential clients, and convert enquiries into confirmed Shootza bookings.
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and businesses.
Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries.
Explain Shootza services, packages, pricing, and shoot options clearly.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Understand client requirements for business shoots, events, engagements, weddings, and other occasions.
Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion updates.
Reconnect with old leads and pending enquiries.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and booking targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Cold Calling, or Customer Sales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to explain services and pricing confidently.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with sales conversions.
Basic CRM or lead management knowledge is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.
Preferred Profiles: Telecaller, Inside Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Cold Caller, Lead Conversion Executive.
