Role Description The High School Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Jabalpur, responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school. Daily responsibilities include overseeing teaching and learning outcomes, supervising and supporting faculty and staff, and ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum and school policies. The Principal will manage admissions and examinations processes, maintain student discipline, and foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school climate. The role involves regular communication with families and the wider community, coordinating school events and activities, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards. The Principal will also lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance school performance and student success.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Administration and Educational Management to oversee school operations and staff effectively.
Candidates should possess expertise in Curriculum Development and Education to guide academic programs and instructional practices.
Candidates should possess demonstrated Educational Leadership capabilities to inspire, mentor, and support teachers and students.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Department, or similar senior school leadership role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in planning, organizing, and decision-making, with a focus on student well-being and academic excellence.
Familiarity with educational regulations, school accreditation processes, and contemporary teaching methodologies.
