Fenzo Digital is an established full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Singapore, working with a diverse portfolio of SMEs, MNCs, established brands and government/public-sector organisations.
As we continue to expand our operations and client portfolio internationally, we are strengthening our SEO team and looking for an experienced SEO Manager with strong agency-side experience.
The Role
You will manage multiple SEO accounts across different industries and markets, taking ownership of SEO strategy, implementation, performance and reporting.
The role will report directly to the Senior Manager and CEO and work closely with our content, development, advertising, creative and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple company/ client accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve client visibility across traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO). Optimize content, website structure, entities, authority signals, and citations to increase brand discoverability and mentions across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-driven search experiences.
Conduct technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO audits.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
Manage Technical SEO including crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals and page performance.
Develop SEO content strategies, keyword mapping and optimisation recommendations.
Manage off-page SEO, link-building and Local SEO strategies.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance.
Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
Prepare professional monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with developers, content teams and other digital specialists.
Participate in client meetings and confidently present SEO strategies and performance.
Proactively identify SEO opportunities and take ownership of client results.
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience managing multiple SEO client accounts simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO and Off-Page SEO.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console and professional SEO tools.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
Strong written and spoken English.
Confident in communicating with clients and senior management.
Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
