Job Description
Zensar Technologies Limited is looking for a proactive Business Finance Manager to join its Finance department. The role will focus on applying Ind AS 115 revenue‑recognition guidelines, handling complex accounting tasks, and partnering with business teams to provide insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decisions. Advanced Excel expertise and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with Ind AS 115.
Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Resolve complex accounting issues and recommend effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes and internal controls.
Support internal and external audit activities and address auditor queries.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant.
1–3 years of finance experience in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS 115 revenue‑recognition guidelines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage complex financial tasks with high attention to detail
Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting standards.
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
