We're looking for a Financial Crime Compliance Officer – Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team. You'll be responsible for investigating potentially suspicious activity, assessing complex financial crime risks, and preparing high-quality regulatory reports that help identify and disrupt criminal behaviour.
This is an opportunity for an experienced AML professional to apply their investigative expertise, influence risk outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement across the financial crime framework.

Hands-on experience drafting Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and completing Grounds for Suspicion (GFS) assessments.
Strong understanding of Australian AML/CTF legislation, regulatory obligations, and financial crime risk management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and make sound risk-based decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
