About the Role
Support the Group Internal Audit Office in audit reporting, report issuance, process improvement, departmental administration, and event coordination. Responsibilities include preparing management materials, performing quality reviews of audit reports, maintaining policies and workflows, supporting intranet administration, and assisting with operational initiatives and special projects.
Responsibilities
• Support the team in preparing management reports, presentations, and other reporting materials.
• Assist in the audit report issuance process, including consistency checks, grammar reviews, and proofreading of documents.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of models that streamline report preparation and issuance.
• Help maintain departmental policies and procedures, such as report issuance workflows and distribution lists.
• Provide logistical support for departmental events and activities.
• Assist in administering the intranet and related systems by assigning access rights, performing functional testing, and supporting system maintenance tasks.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet operational or other business needs.
Requirements
• Current undergraduate majoring in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience or interest in building tools is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Macros), and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Chinese
• A collaborative team player with a positive working attitude
