Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Luxury Store Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash management. The role involves leading and coaching the sales team, setting performance targets, scheduling staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards. The Store Manager will provide exceptional customer service, handle high-value transactions, manage client relationships, and resolve escalated inquiries or concerns. In addition, the role includes monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating promotions or events, and working closely with senior management to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong retail operations and store management skills, including inventory handling, cash management, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Candidates should possess excellent customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage high-value clientele and deliver a luxury in-store experience.
Candidates should possess solid leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and staff scheduling.
Candidates should possess sales and business development capabilities, such as upselling, cross-selling, and working toward defined sales targets.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation.
Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills to monitor KPIs, interpret sales data, and support decision-making.
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in common point-of-sale and retail management systems.
