Key Responsibilities
Welcome and warmly greet customers with a professional and courteous approach.
Provide premium hospitality and personalised customer service throughout the customer journey.
Handle customer enquiries, calls, appointments, and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain a welcoming, elegant, and professional reception environment.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
Support customer follow-ups and coordinate special occasions, appointments, and visits.
Candidate Profile
3–10 years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Highly professional, presentable, courteous, and confident personality.
Experience with luxury retail, premium hospitality, jewellery, or high-end customer segments will be preferred.
Strong service mindset with attention to detail and a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
