About The Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter who will be responsible for connecting with candidates, explaining job opportunities, screening them over the phone, and coordinating the next steps in the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Call candidates from the provided database for relevant job openings.
Explain the job role, company, salary, location, and other relevant details.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
Understand candidate experience, skills, expectations, and availability.
Shortlist relevant candidates and share their details with the recruitment team.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and updates.
Maintain accurate call and candidate records.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and screening targets.
Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Hindi and English communication skills required.
Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
