🚀 We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist (Full-Time | On-Site | Pune)
Thinkster is looking for an SEO Specialist who knows how to turn rankings into real business growth.
If you’re passionate about technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and staying ahead of Google’s ever-changing algorithms — we’d love to have you on our team.
⚠️ This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune. Remote candidates and freelancers are not eligible.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush & Ahrefs
• Optimize website content, metadata & on-page SEO elements
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl/indexing issues
• Collaborate with content teams to build search-intent-driven content
• Execute backlink outreach and authority-building strategies
• Monitor SEO performance via Google Analytics & Search Console
What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO & website structures
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & schema markup
• Expertise in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC & GA4
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Clear communication & cross-team collaboration abilities
Bonus Points
• Google Analytics / HubSpot / Google Ads certifications
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools like SurferSEO or Content AI
