Role Description The Real Estate Broker at PinkCity Properties is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Broker will manage property transactions from lead generation to closing, including prospecting, listing, and presenting residential and commercial properties to potential clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, advising clients on pricing and market trends, negotiating offers and agreements, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and using the company’s technology tools to update listings and track leads. The Broker is expected to uphold ethical standards, represent PinkCity Properties professionally, and contribute to growth targets through effective sales and service.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
Proficiency in Brokerage activities, including listing, negotiation, and closing deals.
Demonstrated Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Understanding of local Jaipur real estate market trends and regulations.
Relevant real estate license or certification, as applicable, and prior experience as a broker or agent.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and use digital tools for property marketing and lead management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
