Job Overview
Looking for a highly dynamic Dealership Sales Manager who can lead a team while delivering class customer service.
Experience - 12 to 15 years
CTC - Upto 18 to 20 LPA
Position - Pan India
Role & Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day operations in the dealership department.
Development and execution of strategic sales plans.
Manage and inspire dealership staff.
Ensure outstanding customer service and conflict resolution promptly.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics.
Maintain relationships with both manufacturers and suppliers.
Handle budgeting and plan finances for the dealership.
Supervise inventory management & procurement.
Coordinate marketing & promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and organizational policies.
Dealership Manager Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, or else, a related field.
Previous experience in the automobile industry.
Strong leader and organized.
Excellent communication with interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in managing finances and budgeting.
Ability to track data for performance outputs.
Experience of inventory management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High school diploma, or else, equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of sales or management experience.
Team management
Exceptional customer service
Ability to work for flexible hours, including weekends.
Proficiency in dealership management software
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Valid driving license
