Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance, and engaging with online communities. The role involves tracking campaign metrics using web analytics tools, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations. The specialist will collaborate with creative, account management, and leadership teams to align digital strategies with client goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms and experience with community engagement.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to interpret data, generate insights, and improve campaign performance.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting ideas and results to stakeholders.
Understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and basic advertising principles is highly beneficial.
Experience with marketing automation platforms or social media management tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
