Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales role based in Kochi. The Media Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present tailored advertising solutions across traditional and new media channels. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients, and supporting renewals and upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with account management and creative teams to align media offerings with client objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, present solutions clearly, and manage ongoing relationships.
Candidates should possess familiarity with New Media platforms and digital advertising trends to recommend effective multi-channel campaigns.
Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or related media industries, preferably in a client-facing sales role.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple accounts, and meet revenue and performance targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and a data-driven approach to reporting and forecasting are beneficial.
