Role Description The Founder Assistant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mumbai, supporting the founder with daily operational, administrative, and strategic tasks. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring efficient communication between the founder and internal teams, clients, and partners. The role involves preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes, tracking key projects and deliverables, and following up on action items to ensure timely execution. The Founder Assistant will help with research related to clients and industry trends, organize documents and data, and provide support for PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach, high discretion, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal communication, client interactions, and document preparation.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital communication platforms.
Ability to conduct research on brands, market trends, and competitors to support strategic decision‑making.
Experience or interest in public relations, influencer marketing, or brand communications is highly beneficial.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when working closely with senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience as an executive assistant, founder assistant, or similar coordination role in a fast‑paced environment is an advantage.
