Human Resources Associate

About the Role:
We’re looking for an HR Associate who enjoys working with people, building a great employee experience, and getting things done. You’ll be part of the HR team and get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and the overall employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, offers & onboarding.
Drive employee engagement activities, events, initiatives and feedback.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, employee records and documentation.
Manage employee lifecycle processes — joining, onboarding, probation, confirmation and exits.
Support payroll, benefits and HR-related employee queries.
Assist with HR policies, processes, reports and compliance.
Support performance management and employee relations.
Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve day-to-day HR matters.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and HR records.
Contribute ideas to make our people's practices, culture and employee experience better.
What We’re Looking For:
0–2 years of experience in HR / HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Someone who is organised, proactive, people-oriented and comfortable taking ownership.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office is a plus.
