Operations Trainee

About the Role:
As a Medical Operations Trainee, you are the operational backbone of the CureMeAbroad experience. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks across time zones, hospitals, and clinical handoffs giving you deep exposure to international healthcare operations and a direct hand in patient outcomes.
We are looking for sharp, articulate, high-ownership people who can pick up healthcare processes fast and manage complexity with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support treatment planning, patient handoffs, and critical case escalations with international hospital partners.
• Manage end-to-end case workflows — keeping timelines on track, documentation accurate, and every stakeholder in the loop.
• Prepare and quality-check critical patient documentation, including treatment plans and financial estimates, to global compliance standards.
• Support post-treatment follow-up, including recovery tracking, outcome analysis, and patient experience improvements.
• Assist as an escalation point for complex cases, working directly with hospital leadership and internal teams to resolve high-impact issues.
• Help build and maintain SOPs, quality benchmarks, and best practices across patient operations.
• Keep patient records audit-ready and compliant with international healthcare standards.
Who We're Looking For:
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable representing the brand to international patients.
• Strong intellectual horsepower — quick to learn new domains, connect dots, and make sound judgment calls under ambiguity.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills; able to interpret dense information and explain it clearly to non-specialist stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and comfort managing multiple moving pieces across time zones.
• Prior exposure to operations, coordination, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
