Role Description
The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, from initial concept development to final execution.
This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam includes preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating design details, and ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.
The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals, and integrating feedback into refined solutions.
The Senior Architect will work with project managers, structural engineers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines and timely project completion.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include supervising junior architects, overseeing quality of design documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and project workflows.
Requirements:
B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.
Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate before joining
